    Parcel Relay is a secure package acceptance and re-delivery service. We receive your parcels, keep them safe, and deliver them to you when it’s convenient—no more missed deliveries or stolen packages.
  • How does Parcel Relay work?
    Simply use our address when placing an online order and share your order confirmation or tracking number with us. We’ll notify you when your parcel arrives, and you can either collect it or schedule a re-delivery.
  • What are the different plans you offer?
    Relay Hold: For receiving and securely holding your parcels for collection. Relay 4: Includes up to 10 re-deliveries per month. Relay Unlimited: Enjoy unlimited re-deliveries every month for maximum convenience.
  • Do I need a subscription to use Parcel Relay?
    No, you can pay per parcel if you prefer. However, our Relay 10 and Relay Unlimited plans offer better value if you receive packages regularly.
  • Where is Parcel Relay available?
    We currently operate in Barking & Dagenham with plans to expand across London and the UK.
  • How do I know when my parcel has arrived?
    We’ll send you a notification via email, SMS, or WhatsApp as soon as we receive your package.
  • Can I change my re-delivery time after scheduling?
    Yes, you can reschedule your re-delivery through our website or app (coming soon), as long as it’s done before the delivery is dispatched.
  • Is my package safe with Parcel Relay?
    Absolutely. We have 24/7 CCTV surveillance, secure storage facilities, and strict handling procedures to ensure your parcels are safe until you receive them.
  • What happens if I don’t collect my parcel?
    We’ll hold your parcel securely for up to 14 days. After that, storage fees may apply unless you’ve arranged for re-delivery.
  • How do I sign up for Parcel Relay?

  • What is the largest size item I can send to you
    We only accept parcels under 100cm x 100cm x 100cm.
